Hello. Welcome to Iron Cardinal Fitness & Training. We are a new small business training program based out of Louisville, KY owned by University of Louisville's very own Lorenzo Mauldin IV.


Lorenzo began this program in November of 2019 and has not looked back since. Lorenzo has a passion for sports and cares about his health and body; he has played in the NFL for 3 years, and is currently playing in the CFL (Canadian Football League). Lorenzo's passion for the game and what it has taught him led to begin a different path outside of playing. He wanted to share what he had learned taking care of his body, with those who seek the same information. Lorenzo during the offseason is now a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).


Iron Cardinal Fitness & Training focuses on intense workouts and training to bring out the best in each of their clients. We pride ourself on helping you reach your goals through loving support and guidance.
